Paola is passionate about extending cognitive healthspan. She is the CEO and Founder of Sens.ai. To feel their best and live their best life, people need to train their brain and control their state. Sens.ai provides the technology and training that people need to make it happen, faster.

Paola Telfer's passion for harnessing exponential technology for human thriving is a driving force behind her work. She holds an Electrical Engineering degree from UBC, and she designed network intelligence ASICs (Custom Integrated Circuits) that fuel backbone networks. After earning her MBA in Management of Technology from SFU, Paola went on to take on various positions in Product Management, Canadian Healthcare Technical Consulting, and Award-Winning Enterprise Healthcare Sales.

Paola's entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge of technology led her to found her first technology startup in the Industrial Internet of Things. But it was in the recovery from a motor vehicle accident that she found her life’s passion - neurotechnology as a new modality for healing - and founded Sens.ai.

Paola defines success as having the freedom to do meaningful work joyfully while having time to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. She enjoys skiing, paddleboarding, hiking, and biking.
