Dr. Aron D´Souza

President and the Founder of the Enhanced Games

Dr Aron D’Souza is the Founder and President of the Enhanced Games, the category-changing sporting movement dedicated to advancing human potential. The Games are redefining the future of athletics by fusing scientific innovation with elite performance.

The Games challenge conventional sporting norms, embracing medicine and science to push human potential while prioritizing safety, transparency, and innovation. Already, an Enhanced athlete has broken the 50 meter freestyle world record. The inaugural games are scheduled to be held in Las Vegas during Memorial Day weekend 2026.

In recognition of this vision, Dr D’Souza was named to the TIME100 Health list in May 2025 as one of the most influential voices in healthcare, challenging conventional boundaries in science and medicine.

Prior to founding Enhanced, Dr D’Souza co-founded OPEN, a venture fund backed by the New York Stock Exchange. OPEN has listed two indices on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:OVC and NYSE:OV20L), and is on a mission to democratize public access to America’s largest private companies.

Dr D’Souza previously led the litigation against Gawker Media on behalf of Peter Thiel, an effort chronicled in the book Conspiracy: Peter Thiel, Hulk Hogan, Gawker, and the Anatomy of Intrigue by New York Times best-selling author Ryan Holiday. The case, described by Marc Andreessen as “brutally effective,” resulted in one of the largest invasion of privacy judgments in history and received global media coverage.

Dr D’Souza read law at the University of Oxford and was a member of Harris Manchester College. For many years, a prize for the best performance in the Second BA in Jurisprudence at Oxford was named in his honour. Dr D’Souza wrote his PhD on the jurisprudence of intellectual property law at the University of Melbourne, where he taught in the economics and political science programs between 2007 and 2010. He also holds two undergraduate degrees from Monash University, where he was a tutor from 2005 until 2007. He was a visiting scholar at Fordham University Law School in 2019.

Dr D’Souza is an avid athlete and a keen believer in the importance of sport. At Oxford, he played rugby for Wadham College, wearing the number 14 jersey and serving as the team’s Honorary Chairman.

He lives in New York City.
