Ing. Lenka Cermanová
Founder & CEO, Symptomedica
Biochemist, clinical nutrition therapist & longevity enthusiast
Lenka Cermanová is a biochemist and the founder and CEO of Symptomedica – a leading clinic for personalized medicine based in Bratislava. In 2024, she was named Most Innovative Young Entrepreneur of Slovakia and represented her country in the European finals of the Junior Chamber International competition.
With a background in biochemical science and further specialization in clinical nutrition and sports dietetics, Lenka has spent the past seven years building a practice that bridges medical innovation with real-world health outcomes. Under her leadership, Symptomedica has developed a multidisciplinary team and a robust platform of diagnostic and therapeutic services tailored to the individual – with a strong focus on microbiome restoration, prevention, and longevity optimization.
Her work is guided by the principle of “health in your own hands,” integrating cutting-edge medical technologies with deeply personalized health protocols. Symptomedica focuses on patients for whom conventional medicine often has no answers – from autism and chronic digestive disorders to mental health challenges, antibiotic resistance, and healthy aging.
The clinic responds to the growing wave of so-called “incurable” conditions that are, in truth, the result of decades of harm caused by industrial food systems, pharmaceutical overreach, and disrupted lifestyles.
As her next vision, Lenka is developing a maximally personalized Gut Microbiota Transplantation (GMT) therapy – combining strong clinical potential, top therapeutic quality, and an individualized approach to bring regeneration, resilience, and long-term health to an entirely new level.
Lenka brings a rare combination of scientific depth, entrepreneurial drive, and human-centered care. At LIC 2025, she will share her insights into how longevity medicine can scale through pioneering solutions and sustainable care models – and why longevity in full health is no longer a vision, but a working reality.
