Yossi Yamin

Yossi Yamin is a pioneering New-Space entrepreneur and the founder of SpacePharma SA, where he serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of SpacePharma SA in Switzserland. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of the Phoenix, San Diego, and completed the elite Recanati Directorate program at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Within his first five years building SpacePharma, Yamin secured more than $35 million USD in funding from Pention funds, to VC’s, Familiy offices and Angles. Yamin was voted Top New Space Leader for 2017 by over 18,000 members of the NewSpace People community. He has been named founder of the most innovative company by CB Insights (2015), ranked No. 2 globally behind SpaceX by Fast Company (2018, 2019), listed on the Red Herring Top 100 North America (2019), and honored as a Swiss Champion for Top Innovation
(2020–2021). He has also won innovation awards at Paris Space Week (2017), in China (2018), and at the Ayn Rand MedTech Innovation Awards (2018). NIH - chips in Space - 4 times, 6 times Space-Florida’s granted grants for distinguished research in space related to life science, medicine and drug discovery.

SpacePharma's miniaturized, fully autonomous space laboratories turn microgravity into an accelerated model for human aging. In orbit, bone demineralization, muscle atrophy, immune dysregulation, cardiovascular deconditioning, and cellular senescence occur far faster than on Earth, compressing years of degenerative biology into weeks.
